The Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima, USA is a Catholic Apostolate dedicated to the Message of Our Lady of Fatima. It owns and operates the National Blue Army Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Washington, New Jersey; as well as Domus Pacis, the International Headquarters of the World Apostolate of Fatima, in Fatima, Portugal. The official publication of The Blue Army USA is Soul Magazine, while it publishes Hearts Aflame Magazine for youth. The Blue Army USA's President is Bishop James S. Sullivan of Fargo, North Dakota.
